Born in the World Heritage City of Bath, David, a product of the 1970's, attended high achieving schools and engaged in extracurricular activities throughout the 1980's. Whilst excelling academically, his passion for excitement and adventure became his driving force and David joined the military, at the tender age of fifteen, spending his formative years on the global sphere spanning; Europe, The South Atlantic, The Arctic Circle and Africa. He has deployed in a war fighting role to Afghanistan (2002) and Iraq (2003) and post Operations has been used as a 'Coach & Mentor', most notably at the Urban Operations Wing, before Senior Management beckoned, culminating in David overseeing upwards of 400 soldiers, in all managerial facets. He placed his 'Out Of Office' on for the final time in March 2013.

Concurrent to this, David has established a successful property portfolio in Berkshire / Surrey c1998 and overseen all vignettes in this arena, whilst achieving an MSc in Property Development (Robert Gordon University - The Scott Sutherland School of Architecture) and becoming a member of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA) and the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (MARLA), through the successful completion of the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFoPP) qualifications.

In 2013 David established The Winsper Group LTD, a property specialist company, engaged in Residential and Commercial Sales and Lettings, in conjunction with a concierge Design & Build service.

   
Throughout 2013, David has engaged in his hobby, that of Support Acting and has been involved in such productions as ITV1's 'Breathless', Sky1's 'Yonderland', Channel 4's 'My Mad Fat Diary' and films such as 'Legacy' and 'The Tunnel'. Most notably is his role in the 'Burberry' 2013 Christmas Ad Campaign and as Sean Penn's 'Double / Stand In', for the Silver Film Productions, 'The Gunman', Directed by Pierre Morrell.
   

A well-grounded and rounded individual, David thrives on pressure and is exceptional in 'Firefighting, challenges. However, believes wholeheartedly that issues and challenges, in a 'Swan Like' organisation, should not surface, or indeed arise.
